If your account is banned, we investigate internally and file an official appeal; afterwards we refund the unused portion pro rata by day, less $30 for unavoidable costs (cloud server, IP usage, and registration fees).
Dedicated lane
Sharing one exit across many accounts is the most common reason accounts get flagged. Lane gives every account its own path and its own fixed exit — never shared.
The app shows lane status at all times — whichever segment is down is marked right there.
No proxy app to install, no server address to type, no config file to import. By the time you are signed in, the route is already up.
The same exit every time you connect — not one address today and another tomorrow. An address that keeps jumping is itself what gets you flagged.

Most tools give you one line — connection failed — and leave the rest to you. Lane points at the segment that is down and tells you whether to wait or to act.

No. The macOS build is Apple silicon only.
Lane neither reads nor uploads your project files; it only gets the network and the credits ready. Where your code goes depends on what you ask the agent to do in the terminal.
No. Your subscription's credits and your dedicated lane are both built in — there is no key to paste and no proxy to configure.
The usual triggers are many accounts sharing one exit, an exit address that keeps changing, and billing details that do not match the region of use. Lane gives every account its own fixed exit on IPs we operate and handles the account and payment, removing those triggers at the source.
